Campus Solutions Browser Requirements

SF State recommends that you keep your Internet browser up to date for security. However, Campus Solutions may not operate as expected if it is running on a browser unsupported by the manufacturer (Oracle). If you experience issues with Campus Solutions, please verify that you are using a supported browser:

  • Internet Explorer: 10 or 11
  • Safari: 6 or 7
  • Firefox: 30
  • Chrome: 24

For further information/troubleshooting, please see:

Why Isn't my browser certified?

Campus Solutions software is provided by multiple vendors who build and test their products based on the operating systems and browsers available at the time of release. However, operating systems and browsers are being continually updated and adapting to changes can be a slow process for large applications. In some cases, browsers/versions other than those listed may work, but it cannot be guaranteed and support is not offered from the manufacturer for non-certified browsers.

If you find your favorite browser does not work properly, please try using one of the recommended browser versions.

Troubleshooting

Most Campus Solutions technical issues can be resolved by clearing your browser cache and verifying cookies are enabled. If you attempt these resolution steps and are still experiencing issues, please submit a service request

Clearing the browser cache

Every time you visit a Web page, your browser stores a local cache to allow easy reference later. This can speed up browsing but may also cause out-of-date information to be stored. To troubleshoot Campus Solutions issues, please clear your browser cache, and then completely restart your browser before trying to log in again.
